General Program Information
Aztec’s clinical medical administrative assistant (CMAA) series
prepares healthcare professionals for work with clinical procedures and patient care. Certified medical administrative assistants
oversee organizational tasks, such as scheduling, managing records, and checking in patients. This series prepares students to take the
National Healthcare Association certification exam.

In this program students will complete a total of 7 Units. Although this program is self paced, it is highly recommended that students spend a minimum of 10 hrs per week working on the course. It is also recommended that students use a laptop or desktop computer, If you do not have access to one of these devices we can facilitate access to a computer lab at an adult education facility near you.
